Nice area to walk and good area for upland game and waterfowl hunting durring hunting season. Nice area to run your dog...if there well mannered..if not, please leave them home.

My favorite secret hideout. Management area. So please obey the bird hiring rules (certain nesting areas are closed off in the spring). Lots of birds....away from the city. Watch out for ticks in the spring, they can get bad if you go off the trail (stay on paths in spring). I've seen snow geese here, mallards, turkeys across the river. I've been coming here for over 6 Hrs. Well maintained.

I love the river however I think we need some bike trails.
