Payal Business Centre is a lively and vibrant shopping spot with a great mix of clothing stores, jewelry shops, restaurants, and more. The atmosphere is energetic, the service is friendly, and there’s a lot of variety to explore. It can get a bit crowded, but overall, it’s a fun place to shop and spend time. Definitely worth a visit!
Lovely place; tons of Indian stuff ,food, clothes, jewellery. A number of good Indian eateries, sweet shops in this region. I loved strolling around and had some wonderful food here. But the location is very awd and doesn’t have good public transit connectivity. Weekends were very busy and crowded.
Wow it’s really huge outlet for subcontinental peoples. Love this place. Enjoy my photos & Videos of this great place.
Place is always full of excitement. Variety of Pakistani and Indian street food, sweets, groceries, clothing and wedding accessories can all be find here. Highly recommend visiting this to feel the Desi Indian & Pakistani vibe.
Made the long 90 minutes transit trip to Payal Centre to Kerrisdale. I was hoping to find an Indian cotton shirt, enjoy some Indian food and generally explore an area I've never visited before.nnIt was easy to get there, as the 323 Newton Exchange bus from Surrey Centre skytrain station stops across the street. I expected a standard mall, meaning a building of two or three floors with shops inside, but this is a confusing area of parking lot and stores facing the parking lot. No indoor mall or shops. Not even a public washroom!nnWe saw only a small portion of it because it involves too much walking in a maze of various sections. Very easy to get lost, with no signs showing a list of shops and where they could be find. It's clearly aimed at drivers who no doubt know where they're going and drive right to their destination and park in front. As we were on foot it was easy to be confused and get tired from all the walking.nnThe clothing stores the ones we saw ALL sold the same thing. Looks like they provide beautiful wedding outfits or similar, gorgeous beaded and embroidered sarees and lahenga and accessories. Loads of gold jewellery. We could not find a shop selling casual ladies clothing, which was disappointing. Not saying it's not there, but we couldn't find it and, after telling people what we were looking for, they did not offer any suggestions of such a shop at Payal.nnThe highlight of our visit to Payal Centre was lunch at Navraj Sweets and Restaurant. Absolutely 5/5 lunch special that we thoroughly enjoyed. We might go out there again just for the food.nnAlthough we enjoyed our adventure, it's clear that Payal Centre caters to cars, not pedestrians. Be prepared to walk an awful lot if you want to explore this mall.
