The place is nice with a plenty of articles from where to choose. I was attended by Justin, very nice, professional and kind treatment from him. He helped me to try the tool I wanted before I pay to avoid any futher unpleasant surprise. Definitely I will come back to check for more tools and browse the store to get another good deal.
Is it a big pawn shop? YesnnDoes it have *some* professional staff with customer service skills? YesnnDoes it also have staff that on their wrong personal day will leave you feeling terrible because they’re unable to speak to the average human in an appropriate manor? Unfortunately also yes and that was my last experience when I went to check to see that they had sold my lens without any warning that I had forgotten to come pick it up on time.nnI have also recently noticed they left my camera turned on with the battery in for 2 months straight due to improper care and knowledge it seems..nn:/
The shop has great items and great atmosphere I really enjoyed the help and services of the one employee Dallas. She was great with answering my questions and has sold me when I bought some of my items. Overall recommend coming here.
Wow great shop woman named Dallas helped me she was very polite and personable. Would be 5* but no public washroom. Definitely coming back for the prices though
Daniel provided exceptional service when I visited to purchase a soundbar. He was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process, making it a great experience. Thanks to his assistance, I ended up choosing a Sony soundbar, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the outstanding customer service.
