Paid for snow removal services and Giancarlo never presented himself without numerous calls and texts. Refuses to answer emails now and does not show up after snow falls.  We're stuck clearing it ourselves with &gt; 15 cm of snow accumulation.  Will be opening a legal case against his company.  - To address the response by the owner - don't be fooled.
