At Pauline’s, Chef/Owner David Hoene is known for his use for fresh, organic products and for the outstanding quality of his cuisine. We focus on Contemporary American Cuisine with a French twist, specializing in local and wild foods from the Lake Champlain Region. We are famous for our crab cakes, schnitzel and vegetarian entrees. Dining options include the café, the upstairs restaurant, two separate rooms upstairs for private events, known as the “Gold” and “Rose” rooms, as well as a seasonal patio.
