Love my new GMC truck and my Cadillac! Nick Morrison is the best sales person I have ever dealt with at any dealership! Easy to deal with no pressure everyone at the dealership was great to deal with. Got top dollar on my trades and a great deal on the new truck and Cadillac! You got to go see him. I never thought I would drive a GM but now I have two and I love them both I feel like a kid again driving my Cadillac. I have had all three brands of trucks now and the GMC drives, pulls and handles the best! What are waiting for go see Nick!!!!
Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and multi-point vehicle check with some other general concerns. The team was very polite upon arrival and pickup, made sure I had a ride after dropping off the vehicle. Kyla Milne assisted me throughout the appointment and was fantastic!! She was outgoing and knowledgeable, answered my questions with no hesitation. They kept me updated on my vehicle throughout the day, called me ASAP about a part that was ordered and booked me in as soon as they could to install said part. Reasonably quick service with what was going on with my vehicle. I'm confident in my decision to book my vehicle here. Overall great experience, will definitely be booking with Paul Sadlon Motors in the future!
Great service and very friendly staff both in sales and service department. My brother dropped off his truck Monday morning and by early afternoon everything was sorted out. He was then able to enjoy his week at Algonquin Provincial Park with his family.
Karen in service was rude. Kept my vehicle more than 24 hours just for GM to give me some cheap excuse for not honoring their warranty! I do not recommend their services. However sales staff are good. UPDATE. Two days later I went to their competition. In less than four hours they had my truck good as new! I should have just avoided Sadlon all together. The warranty was honored NO PROBLEM and better yet, I was treated like a person!
Love my new truck. The whole process of getting into my truck was very easy and mostly a happy experience! Customer service was definitely 5 star! Shout out to Carl in sales, always a smile on his face and answered all questions I had.
Went in to purchase a 2019 Silverado, was met by Jacqueline Hall. I was very picky of what truck I wanted with what package. Jacqueline was able to find one for me after some days of hard searching. She always kept me up to date on what was happening and answered any questions I had. As this was my first major purchase there was a lot. She did a great job over all and would highly recommend. I enjoyed the vehicles I test drove, but the salesperson never got back to me regarding the cost of the vehicles or value of my possible trade-in. The salesperson did, however, advise me that I would lose a lot of money on my trade-in because it's still fairly new.
Review for: Jacqueline Hall She was very kind, funny and gave me a great deal for 2019 Traverse. If she offers me another great deal like this one I will buy car for my wife and kids from her in the future.
Lisa was amazing as always - she is just a lovely person. Prompt check in upon arrival ;very efficient. Lisa ensured I had a ride to work. The shuttle drivers there and back were also very pleasant. When I picked up the car, Lisa ensured I had all the necessary information, apologized for slight delay - .it really was slight ....no need for an apology - but nice just the same :. Car was well cared for - all maintenance completed and snow tires on! The service here is always excellent. Thank you !
