Awesome tour from start to finish. Jennifer was perfect example of patience, kindness and professionalism as first tour of day was delayed by 10min by group who at time of departure still weren't all there. As we had to sail we saw remaining group approaching. Jennifer handled the situation perfectly. Thanks Jennifer.

We got a bus ticket from another company that didn't give us proper directions so we arrived at Paul's Boat Line loading dock area. They kindly offered to (and did) call the captain of their boat but there was no answer. They gave us directions on how to get there but knew we weren't going to make it on time. One guy offered to drive us but when we realized we were not going to make it they let us on their boat tour! Very friendly people and service. Thank you

We did the river tour for C$23 per adult. It was a great 90 minute tour showing you so much of Ottawa with the opportunity for some great photos. Worth doing.
