Polite staff, clean, organized, and good quality. Fair prices, except for helmets. Bought a great bike. Even directed me to another shop to buy elbow pads.

Excellent customer service! A great place to go in the spring and summer for a new or used bicycle or to get your bicycle repaired and a perfect place to visit in the fall for a pair of used hockey or figure skates or to have your own pair sharpened. They have a very large selection of used skates at very reasonable prices.

...........Bought 2 tires there.......semi-slicks....nice and fat.....Their price was way better than I could find online.... ........VERY HAPPY. CT and Walmart carry a limited selection....+ no semi-slicks...and $5-10 higher in price. Friendly, helpful staff.....I got what I wanted there....and cheaper.

Friendly and helpful staff. Have been buying parts of him since I was 13. Last went in for a seized rear cassette. Pulled old one off free of charge. Competitive prices compared to Canadian tire and Walmart.

Had an older hardtail hybrid which sadly hit the end of its days, after only recently buying new pedals which cost 25$ and new tires which were almost 50$ they gave me 22$ for the bike after telling me it was damaged beyond repair. As I was now into BMX i bought a cheap one from CT which they refuse to service since i didnt buy a 500$ Stolen (Brand) BMX from them. About 4 months after this all happened I see some kid riding my old hardtail which still had my Effed up rear rim (Black paint had worn off after using the rear brake so much). They had switched out the grips and removed the front disk brake and after asking the kid he said they had sold it for almost 300$ and said it was brand new. (BTW it still had all the Kranked branding on it). I know most riders say to support your LBS...dont support Paul's, they are scammers who just want your money and will do anything to get it. (ToWheels in london is cheaper BTW).
