I am a client with Dr. Paul for over 10 years. Best E.N.T doctor in town and he is so down to earth. The receptionists are very friendly and caring.
No appointment remind , who can always remember the appointment after half year and The reception the only job is record how many sec you are late instead of reminding the clients, thanks not seeing us , there have many doctor much better then them
Do not make appointments over the phone.. Took time off work to make the appointment and told you don't have one...and being told if you don't want to rebook than you can go somewhere else. Great customer service from the ladies at the front. Not.
I had a great experience with Dr Marck. He did nasal surgery to remove polyps years ago and I can now breathe through my nose. As well, cleaned out my small ear canals more the once so I can hear. Also the first surgeon that I've met that has a sense of humour!
More concerned with policy than patient care. The most unprofessional and rude staff I have had the displeasure of dealing with.
I have great experiences with Dr.Marck and staff. Professional, caring and understanding.
