I had a great experience working with Paul to better my vestibular condition. Paul works with the utmost professionalism and was supportive and encouraging throughout my rehabilitation period. I spent a number of months trying to get a clear diagnosis of my condition, and it was only till I met Paul that he was able to diagnosis that I was dealing with PPPD and he helped provide better clarity surrounding the intricacies of this vestibular condition. Through a number of weeks, Paul provided clear coaching and instructions on what exercises and movements I needed to follow to improve my condition, and safe to say, I felt much better through time and continue to do my exercises daily. I would highly recommend anyone who is dealing with any vestibular condition to reach out to Paul for support. The knowledge, support and professionalism makes a huge difference in bettering any issues one may be dealing with. Thank you, Paul!
I have had a great experience working with Paul as my vestibular rehabilitation physiotherapist. He is professional and very knowledgeable in this field. I had both virtual and in person sessions and both were equally productive sessions. I do feel my case was challenging, presenting unexpected results at times, however Paul was able to work through different possible scenarios and explain the 'why' behind the exercises he prescribed, 'how' it worked and the goal. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to others looking for a vestibular rehab specialist.
I started having vertigo and dizziness in mid December 2022. I was referred to Paul in mid February 2023. Paul initially did some manipulations and quickly fixed my vertigo. He then worked on my dizziness and quickly solved that as well. I am so thankful to him for getting men back to normal. He is very knowledgeable in Vestibular rehabilitation and very compassionate. He was quick to assess and treat my condition. I would highly recommend him, and would certainly return to him should my symptoms return.
If you are experiencing dizziness or vertigo, book an assessment with Paul! He took me through a series of questions and activities and developed a treatment plan. Within a matter of weeks, my vertigo symptoms had lessened and I felt relief. Paul approaches his practice with deep care, understanding -- and a sense of humour -- that takes the stress away. He will tell you whether he can or cannot help you and make suggestions. I'm very glad I found Paul - a true professional in his field.
I had a great experience working with Paul! Over the last 3 years I felt lost doing countless tests and receiving changing diagnoses as my symptoms progressed. When I was diagnosed with Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness PPPD and Ménière's disease, I had no knowledge of what to do next and my support system had also never heard of these disorders. Upon my first meeting with Paul at Triology physiotherapy I was cautiously optimistic to learn what a vestibular physiotherapist could do for me. I had tried several pharmacological interventions with little success. Paul provided me insight and clarity into my diagnoses that no other medical professional or google could provide me with. He was personable, he used language that was easy to understand, took time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. Paul was a beacon of knowledge on PPPD, Ménière's disease and overall dizziness. He was quick to get me started on his "golden treatment" and provided referral to other professionals that would be able to help me through my journey as a complementary treatment to the phsyiotherapy. After intake and 6 appointments conducted approximately bi-weekly, I felt a major decrease in my day-to-day dizziness and I gained knowledge on how to regulate and combat these attacks when they occurred. I am amazed looking back how much these attacks affected my life and I can report I feel happier, healthier and have less daily anxiety. Paul is very transparent with the healing process, knowing this therapy has a cost, he chose to put me on a cost-effective plan to ensure I would get the most of the experience with as little financial impact as possible. As a college student I was grateful for his understanding. I met Paul in person however, he offers virtual appointments which was able to accommodate my busy schedule juggling work and school and eliminating the need for a lengthy or expensive commute. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Paul to anyone with PPPD, Ménière's disease, or any other rare dizziness disorder.
Hands down, THE BEST physiotherapist this was for vestibular physiotherapy appointment I have ever had. Dr. Paul is incredible at what he does. He is professional but still keeps you smiling throughout your appointment. In truth, he reminds me of my uncle a bit of a joker. He explains the reason for every test he does and also explains your results and what is going on with you, so you can actually understand what is happening. I don't know if I have ever had a better doctor in my life in any capacity. I cannot recommend enough. I will 100% be recommending him to friends, family and colleagues. Thank you Dr. Paul. You are one-of-a-kind and an exceptional doctor. Special shout-out to the lovely ladies who work at the desk. Warm, friendly, welcoming. You don't feel like you are an imposition waiting for the doctor. This is a rare and welcome quality in anyone working reception at any doctor's office - Thank you so much!
I saw Paul Godlewski for vestibular issues resulting from a concussion. The therapy was successful. My symptoms have improved significantly. I also have more confidence due to the knowledge, and reassurance Paul was able to give me. I would recommend this method of therapy for anyone experiencing vestibular issues.
I met with Paul to resolve some lingering symptoms that I was experiencing from a concussion suffered 3 years ago. Thanks to Paul, I finally have some clarity on why my symptoms continue to manifest. He is a wealth of knowledge, thorough, and fun to work with. Highly recommended!
My deepest thank you to Paul Godlewski for helping me overcome my concussion. He was kind, patient, and very informative on my condition. All of his helpful cognitive techniques led to my recovery. I highly recommend Paul as an excellent concussion Physiotherapist. Melanie Hayes
I was diagnosed with a concussion in November 2022 after my son jumped on me and we bumped heads. It was so bad that noises affected me, my balance was off and I constantly felt like I had the lightheaded effect you get after blowing up a balloon. I couldn't sleep in my own room because the rustling of sheets was too much for my brain to handle. I needed earplugs to go grocery shopping and had to take many breaks. I had a hard time having conversations or handling new information. Paul was the one who got me through all of it. He had many tricks up his sleeves to help me work through my specific needs. If something wasn't working, we would try something else. He was patient, empathetic but assertive, and very helpful. I did all the physio he gave me, from eye exercises, balance exercises, meditation and cardio, all at a progressive rate. It is now 2 and half years later. It took time, but I would say I am 90% back to what I was before. I won't ever play soccer again for fear of heading the ball, but I can ski, run, bike and have been working full time as a teacher for the past school year with no incidents. The best part is that I can be present for my son and husband again. Please get help right away if you can when you get a concussion and do the work that Paul tells you to do, even when it's really hard and frustrating and especially when you are feeling hopeless. I know every concussion is different, but I just want to say that for me, Paul was an instrumental part of me getting back to my life again. Thank you Paul, from the bottom of my heart.
