Paul helped us buy our first home, in North Vancouver. When we started off the search, we were not exactly sure about what we wanted but we gradually narrowed it down after looking at different places and neighbourhoods. Paul was always patient and never pushy in trying to get us to buy. He listened to us, offered good suggestions and is very knowledgeable. He did a great job researching the history of our home and guided us through the whole offer and close process. Paul is both personable and professional; it was a pleasure dealing with him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
We used Paul to find our new home as well as sell our current one. It took the better part of a year to find the home we were looking for in the neighborhood we wanted, and Paul was there for us the whole time. He was patient and wanted us to find the right place, not just buy the first place that came along. He handled the entire process with minimal involvement to us, and he interfaced with the builder on numerous questions and decisions. When it came time to sell our place, Paul performed a comprehensive market evaluation, including a recommended selling price and marketing plan. He suggested changes to make our place most saleable, and also brought in a professional photographer to take photos. These looked great on his website, in the newspaper, and in post cards that went around the neighborhood. Our place sold in 3 days within 1% of our asking price. Paul is very detail oriented and organized. He presented us with a comprehensive document package of all the paperwork we needed to maintain for our files for our new home. Paul is also easy to reach, quick to respond, and eager to help. ' have no problem recommending him to others for their real estate needs.
Paul guided us through the sale of our townhouse and the purchase of our current home. Paul was able to get us more money for our townhouse and also able to help us land our dream house in a competitive multiple offer scenario. During inspections Paul was there above and beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was checked and confirmed to our satisfaction. We appreciate Paul's attention to detail, contract review, negotiating skills, sales expertise and most importantly his friendly disposition and trustworthiness. We highly recommend Paul Cameron!
I had the pleasure of working with Paul for the sale of my Townhouse in Port Moody in 2011 and subsequent purchase of my downtown Condo in the West End the following year. Paul is extremely personable, fun and easy to work with. I did not have to worry about a thing, he took care of all the paperwork and made the transaction process smooth and simple for me. This was a real blessing to me as at the time I was in the process of selling my townhouse, my Father became ill and I was having to go back and forth to the hospital and no time to put any energy into the selling of the house. Paul said to me "you take care of your Dad, let me worry about the selling of your house" I put 100% of my trust in Paul and he came through all the way. I don't believe I would ever have been able to get through this tough time without that kind of support, and or would have received it from any other realtor. I reached put to Paul again to help me find my dream home in the West End. It took just over a year because I was very specific about what I wanted. Paul was patient with me while I turned down viewing after viewing on my search for the perfect home. I finally found it and was worth the wait. Again the process was made easy, as he walked me through every document and transaction. I highly recommend Paul to make your buying or selling transaction as pleasant as mine was.
When we decided we wanted to purchase a home in North Vancouver, we were referred to Paul on the recommendation of some friends. We had little idea about how to go about choosing a home, nor did we have any familiarity with the area. Paul was patient, answered all our questions, and worked with us for the better part of 8 months until we eventually found the perfect home.
