He is likely a very good endodontist, knowledgeable with a reputation for being good at pain management. It's too bad for the cash grab and condescending way he conducts business. Horrid experience, and he didn't even do any real medicine. Booked in for a consult and root canal in the same appointment, and was very clear with reception the circumstances and what we were booking. Got there and was told that it would be just a consult, no procedure because he had someone booked right after us and we were only booked in for a half hour consult. They never gave us any apology or reason for why we were told one thing on the phone and was completely different circumstances when we got there. He talked, and talked, and talked, mostly in a tone like how you would explain things to a five year old. Just as we are about to leave, and he knew we were leaving, he stops us and "does a quick exam and cold test" and then proceeds to cause extreme pain with cold sensitivity test, right before we left. Of course we had to pay the consult fee, because at that point he finally touched the patient. And 2 xrays done on FILM not even digital! Office was disorganized, and he was twitchy and always forgetting where he put something down or not being prepared. He didn't seem to have any plan. I'm sure he can do a root canal in his sleep without much issue. He should just seriously consider just teaching, and leaving all bed-side manner behind him. Although he should probably update his knowledge and method a bit, I mean really? No autoclave or digital xrays?!
I had an emergency appointment for a failed root canal that was so painful. Dr.Falcon was so nice, explained everything and did the job, painlessly. His staff was lovely also. Very professional.
