This Patty place is newer in the neighborhood. My stuffed Patty had a nice flaky pastry, and the fillings were a tasty combo. I also enjoyed a jerk chicken wrap, and another time a half portion jerk chicken meal with rice, corn, and coleslaw. Loved the bit of apple in the coleslaw. Jerk chicken pieces were juicy and flavorful. Nothing is overly spicy, so if you like heat you'll want to add some. Purchases have seemed like good value. They have Ting... Yay! Service has been friendly and smooth. I wish this business success.
Amazing food & service! Hearing Roy explain the influence and process behind each dish inspired us. The sauces available, such as their pineapple & yuzu mango mayo and floral scotch bonnet sauce, are each so unique and flavourful without the heat overwhelming the entire plate. The jerk chicken was perfectly smoked and we loved their stuffed patties. Roy’s passion and care immediately won us over. 10/10 recommended!
Stopped in to try a patty and stayed for some jerk chicken. Both delicious, made in house. Patty is as good as any with nice crispy pastry. Would have liked a spicy option, but if that’s your thing they have a decent pepper sauce. Can’t wait to go back and try some more items.
Stopped here and got an amazing beef patty! The man at the counter was so kind and let us sample the jerk chicken, which was smoked! It was juicy and delicious, as was their homemade pepper sauce. I’ll definitely be going back . :D
Had a plain chicken patty. It had a slight bit of heat to it. Not a lot but enough to increase my enjoyment of it. Also bought a half dozen frozen beef patties. Wasn't until after leaving that I realized he didn't ask if I wanted spicy or mild. Guess that means it's mild? Will find out another day! Guy was friendly and took the time to explain reheating instructions.
The vegan patty was pretty good. It had spinach inside and the pastry was nice and flakey. The inside of the shop was really nice, too. It was clean and there was a fun yellow wallpaper with tropical plants. The owner is very helpful and friendly, too. Vegetarian options: Vegan patties and coleslaw available
If I could give 10 stars I would. Amazing food, jerk chicken is fantastic, brisket is delicious, get a patty right when it comes out of the oven and you'll be dreaming about it for weeks. Staff are the best - giving testers of new menu items & new hot sauces. You've got to give this place a go.
Went today and got a stuffed original beef patty- delicious! The owner is so passionate about sharing his food and was very generous with letting us try samples of select meats and hot sauces! If you like spice get the habanero mango hot sauce. So good!
6 Patty's for 27$!!, took em home....and they were empty!! , for 27$ I coulda gotten 2 cases of store bought and had a much better value, I know 10 hole in the wall Jamaican places that have the same quality even better for a fraction of the cost, the reason they get away with the prices 1 that area and 2it's the only thing in the area other then pizza or burritos
