Nice place the location is very confusing it is located inside another shop. They have great flavors like rum Cherry, vanilla, chocolate, rainbow and more my kids loved the ice cream and are already asking to come back. They have many sized cup we got the smallest size but it was still a lot. The personal was very friendly and patient. We will definitely go back.
My husband and I visited a few weeks ago when the manager was there. As I found a sweater I wanted to purchase, my husband and I went to see the ice cream. We notice that the lights weren’t on so it was so dark, the lids were still on the ice cream so all we could see was the names of the ice cream, and the biggest part was that the manager was on the phone the whole entire time we were there talking to a friend about football. It was very disturbing and unprofessional. We skipped out on ice cream and went with my sweater. Very sad to have experienced that.
Deliciously creamy!!! Big portions too!!! We’ll totally return. And the store is fun to look around in while eating your ice cream. we got Java chunk and coconut… yummmm!!
We were greeted right when we walked in and asked how we were doing when we arrived. We weren't pressed to pick quickly which I appreciated. She was so kind and patient with us. We tried superman, caramel collision, and zanzibar. So good! Price was great too! We liked looking in the store too.
I love this place! The blueberry cheesecake is the best! I recently found another shop due I wanted to try other flavors. With that said the other shop is a little disappointing due to size of scoops and price, Patti's however is more than generous. The lady older but not to old I assume she may be the owner is the sweetest! She is very personable and that alone makes me go back every time!
Loved the old Patti's and their generous size ice cream scoops. My husband and I came on Valentine's Day and received the smallest scoop ever - less than a golf ball size - for $4. Thanks for a more than disappointing "treat" or should I say taste of ice cream. What a joke.
I used to go to the old location all the time. I didn't mind paying over $4 for an Ice cream cone, because they were so huge!!! I was really sad when they closed. They just opened up a new location, and I was excited to get a huge ice cream cone again. Sadly I was very disappointed when my portion size was half of what I used to receive. I won't be going back if this is how they are now.
Even though the ice cream wasn’t the best in the world but it was very good to me. The kids love it and the staff was beyond nice.
I ordered 2 shakes/malt. Both of them were far more a liquid drink than frozen treat. High priced 14.50 for 2 shakes. Very confused by the entrance.
We were so sad when we thought this place closed! Overjoyed to find the new location. The ice cream is amazing and the store is fun to browse. Generous portions. So glad to h e this place back.
