GREAT SERVICE AND WONDERFUL ARRANGEMENT OF BALLOONS FOR MY THIRTY YEAR OLD SON'S BIRTHDAY. Patti's went above and beyond to ensure that he answered his door (night shift sleeper) and delivered at specified time, not too early and not too late. I told Patti's to knock loud and hard. HE WAS THRILLED. I live a distance away so arrangements had to be specific and Patti's carried them out meticulously and all contact was friendly and professional. I felt like I was their most important customer of the day. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY SON'S DAY SPECIAL.

Ordered flowers from UK to Canada. Absolutely first class service. Initially there was a problem with my payment card and they emailed immediately to notify me. My fault entirely but together we sorted it and flowers being delivered. A very personal service and I felt reassured that all orders and customers are important to them. No hesitation in recommending them and I will absolutely use them again.

Patti's Flower Boutique service was exceptional! I am very satisfied with their utmost professionalism. I had placed the order from another province and they took care of it very efficiently and promptly. You helped us signficanlty to be there for family when they needed our support. By the way the flower arrangement we had ordered is simply gorgeous and beautiful! Thank you to Patti's Flower Boutique for the fantastic service.

Today I called Patti's Floral Boutique as I was looking to send an arrangement to Morriston for my nieces birthday. I was pleased with the attention to detail. What a positive, memorable customer experience.
