This one of the two nearby stores that I go to for basic pet supplies, like food & cat litter. The selection is good, prices okay, and staff is always pleasant and helpful

Updated: Rude staff! Will not be returning. Young men working at the shop made remarks (in french) about a female customer when she asked them if they could speak English. Time to do the monthly shop at a different pet store where staff is professional and friendly. Old review: Pet shop with a good selection, not expensive.

Croque En Bol has been my pet supply store of choice for 6 years. However, they have recently changed management, and I am thoroughly unimpressed. My last two deliveries (the first two under the new management) were not delivered on the requested days. In the end, they were only delivered because I called to complain that the deliveries were missing. As someone who relies on their delivery service (a service I paid extra for), this is unacceptable. And, unfortunately, it means I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
