Best place to buy your ram.
I had called into the service department for a recall. They told me they would have to look at my vehicle. Determine what recall was needed I had already told him what the recall was but he just proceeded to be extremely rude and talked down to me like I was a little child. So I called the one in Chatham and they got me in right away without even looking at it because all I had to do was give them the same recall code that I gave this place! It’s a shame as they’re just right around the corner from my house
Always take my 300S to Patterson Motors for repairs etc. Excellent service from Rob and his team everytime. They also take care of any recalls without asking. Fair prices and quality. They never try to gouge you or repair anything unnecessarily.

I have only good things to say about my experience at Patterson Motors in Wallaceburg. Melissa is a superstar. She was always professional and pleasant and crystal clear in her explanations of things. In Feb. 2019, I walked into PM to purchase a brand new 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack 392 Widebody. I knew exactly what I wanted. It took a significant amount of time, but Melissa didn't hesitate to take as much time as necessary to help me through the ordering process. She did a great job spelling out my options, providing financing details, and she went out of her way to help me save money whenever possible. She kept me up-to-date on the progress of the build of this custom order from beginning to end. She called me the minute the new car arrived and I rushed right over. Melissa processed all of the paperwork, took care of the plates, my insurance, and everything in less than 90 minutes. She took photos for me and sent them to me later. She kept every single bit of stuff that came with the car so that I'd have every opportunity to have a complete record of everything. I'd attach a photo of my new ride to my review but I can't so I'll upload one to the Google site for Pattern Motors. Hands down, this was the best car-buying experience of my life. The car is perfect, and everyone at PM was great. Prior to going to PM in Wburg, I had first gone to a Chatham FCA dealership to buy my new car. I went in there during normal business hours. There were a dozen people in there working, no customers except me, and not one of them would even talk to me at all. I bought 3 cars in Chatham over the years and now I'll never go back there. I've never felt so unwelcome. Maybe I should have worn a suit so they'd think I had money. They had their chance and totally blew it.
The "mechanics" at this dealships have no clue what they're doing, they "fixed" my car only for it to break down the next day and needs an engine replacement. Now the dealship is not owning up to their mistake and does not want to fix it, it's been over a month. Would definitely recommend any other dealship.

Very helpful and experienced technicians, yes the cost of the repairs were expensive but both times I needed to bring my vehicle here I was in and out. Very understanding of someone working on a budget.
