You will rarely get better prices than here and the client experience is night and day compared to other hardware stores like home depot or rona. When i come in, the guys already have my account on standby so it saves me time when i checkout, and again, the prices are always better than the other stores, im not ever going back to rona if i can avoid it
Wonderful, helpful, and friendly staff have really helped my bathroom renovation go smoothly. I know I will get the help I need when I go here. Special thanks to Yves and Roseline who spent a lot of time helping me out with my renovation needs.
Finally, it's now opened in Brossard. But, the garden will not be ready this year. The store is missing some light! Can't find something interesting to buy here yet! It's gonna need to send out some very attractive low price flyers to attract new customers.
Hardware store with a great staff easy to find and obtain assistance. Competitive prices compared to other hardware stores in the area. A good selection and easy to get from one part of the store to the other. Plenty of free parking, with spaces reserved near the door for both handicap and families with small children.
I recently visited Patrick Morin and had a disappointing experience that has made me question why anyone would choose this store over competitors like Home Depot.nnI was trying to get a price match for an item that Patrick Morin sells for $45, while Home Depot has it on sale for $20. I showed the cashier the online price from Home Depot, but she informed me that they only pricematch regular prices—not sale prices. This policy seems quite outdated and unhelpful, especially when Home Depot’s price match guarantee not only matches the price but also beats it by 10%.nnWhen I asked the cashier about this, she mentioned that if the company pricematched sale prices, they wouldn’t make money, and she would lose her job. This comment reflects poorly on the company's priorities—it seems like they care more about their profits than providing value and good service to their customers.nnTo add to the frustration, the return process took over 15 minutes, while Home Depot handles returns in under 2 minutes. When you combine slow service, restrictive price matching, and a general lack of customer focus, it's hard to see why anyone would continue shopping at Patrick Morin.nnI understand businesses need to make a profit, but prioritizing customer satisfaction and staying competitive should come first. Until these issues are addressed, I will continue to prefer Home Depot for its better prices, customer service, and efficiency.
