Patrick is very thorough and knowledgeable regarding the products he provides. His service is impeccable, from accessability & product knowledge/ recommendations to follow up and client satisfaction. Patrick definitely needs to be consulted when comparing insurance needs or purchasing coverage.

First rate products, coverage and service. These guys really work very hard for you if you have to make a claim. They have the relationships with the underwriters to better manage successful outcomes. You are not just a name and a number!

What I really like about Patrick Buchanan with State Farm is the weekly emails that they send out to their clients. They are very informative and I love learning about new things. These weekly emails talk about everything from fire safety to how to save on your heating bills.

The entire staff at Patrick Buchanan State Farm is very well rounded and just great overall. We typically deal with Leslie and we absolutely love her. What I appreciate the most about Leslie is that she is very flexible and able to work around our schedules.
