Story

It was built approx 1953, Louis and Helen Papas purchased it in November of 1967.
Terry Papas and Chris Slifkas now run the restaurant with the same passion that Louis and Helen have.
Feeding the business crowd, students and local residents for over 40 years is what makes the Patrician a staple in the restaurant comunity of Toronto

A retro restaurant with a 50s atmosphere. The owner is very jovial and warm. The staff very efficient and the food quite tasty and great for a greasy spoon place. I loved the pics on old films and glamorous cinema. The booths are comfortable. Patrician Grill is a lot of fun!

The Patrician Grill is everything a classic 'Blue Plate' diner should be. The breakfast never lets you down and the staff treats you like a familiar neighbour.  Portions are great and inexpensive. Thanks guys!

Used to go there back when I was a student at GB. Loved it and am happy to see it is still around. Hard to find a classic greasy spoon restaurant and this one is a gem!

Back in the mid 90s, we used to get breakfast at the "Pat" and play eucre in the back booth and drink coffee...before cooking classes at GBC. 26 years later, still remember it as a great place to eat and hang with my  buddies, all now scattered to the four winds.
