First time trying this place and was pleasantly surprised. They have a wide variety of buns from savory to sweet. They also have two types of egg tarts, cakes and macarons. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick. Tried the chestnut cake, and it was so yummy. The cheese bun was also good. Definitely worth stopping here.
I bought their signature mango cake to my nephew's cottage. Everyone liked the mango cake very much. The cake was full of high quality sweet mango slices. I forgot to bring an ice pack for the cake and the owner/staff gave me a bag full of ice since it was a 2-hour drive to the cottage. Great customer service! This bakery store has few other locations in Toronto. But the one on Bayview seems to be the best among other locations.
Bold flavors and rich ingredients Hong Kong style bakery. Had the Apple Creme Brulee and Black Forest cake slices. The Apple Creme Brulee slice was a good surprise as it tasted like an apple pie in cake form. There are pieces of cinnamon flavored apple in the cake. Black Forest cake slice had the jello bits and cherries. I recommend the Sesame bun, filling was light and not overly sweet. Other buns I've tried so far were normal. Workers were fast, courteous and helpful. Prices were quite reasonable.
The service is non comparable to the Markham one. Replace both cashier as fast as you can. I told them the cake was missing placed before I picked it up from the cashier counter. One of them said "our box is perfect fit, won't be misplaced." See the picture by yourself. I have hold the bottom solid as your cashier suggested. If your box material cannot balance the weight of the cake. Replace them. If your cashier does not know how to provide customer service. Replace them.
Amazing bakery run by an amazing family. If you buy more than six items, it is tax free like other bakeries in the area. We loved everything we got. They also make wonderful and affordable cakes. I will definitely be coming back.
The cashier gave us this ripped package for our birthday party. This is not bad and we are okay with it. The worst thing is they use rotten strawberries to fill up the inside layers and the top with very fresh strawberries. It’s a birthday cake brought into a party. Every guest will taste the stale strawberries. The day is perfect but only the strawberries cake is a flaw!
Tried Mango mousse cake for the first time from this shop. Delightful! Was very creamy, lots of fruits on top and the price also fair. Going back for try more bakeries near future. Thanks, we had great dessert at home. :
Seems like a new placed. The durian crêpe caught my attention. Tried and it was good. Actually has durian chunks inside with creme and sort of sponge cake. Price is fair, and taste was good.
Newly open Bakery I've been waiting for this place to open after old one closed down. Oh and guess what! It's really good. It's fresh and so many selections and people are nice and most of all price is very reasonable. I'll be coming non stop
Love the bread and pastry at this place. The staffs are always friendly. It's a small bakery with 2 sets of tables and chairs. Great place to hop in for fresh bread or cakes.
