i found a very helpful staff member that accompanied me to the heart clinic ,coming in the front entrance i needed some direction to get to the right area   a challenge with my walker / was made very comfortable for the echo cardiogram thank you

Have a doctor. Unable to see him. By phone with him or nurse practioner. No follow up on noted conditions.

Staff can be a little rude at times, especially the receptionist who works there most days. She could use a small briefing on how to talk to people. The doctors also make it seem like you being there is a burden for them and more often than not will treat you like you're just being a hypochondriac, usually ending with them rushing you out. Theres also no communication between doctors or yourself about your health plan.

My doctor is great but the reception staff is beyond rude.

Finally have a doctor!
