A passionate teacher who cares about his students and their learning adventure. I have never met someone so good At teaching such a creative course. He makes you feel welcome and really wants you to understand what is happening with pastry than just following some simple recipes. Highly recommended!
Learned so much from the three Artisan Bread Baking Class I took with Chef Marco. I still haven't bought bread ever since I took classes. Making them every now and then and freezing them is so rewarding. If you feel motivated, you won't regret it.
Marko is an excellent, knowledgable chef and instructor. The classes are well organized and it is truly amazing what you are able to successfully attain as the end product at the conclusion of the sessions. Would have no reservations about recommending to anyone who is interested in learning more about pastry/baking/decorating.
