Passport Office

The walking directions had me walk around to the back of the building, so I was confused as to where the entrance was. I eventually found it, directly across from the bus exchange.nOnce inside, I was seen quickly and told to wait in the waiting area until my number came up. The lady who then helped me was very lovely and she explained everything simply and answered any questions I had. I applied for a SIN and was able to get it straight away.nI was in and out in under 20 minutes

Came in at 12:45 on a Mon with zero line up, so we walked up to the counter and was in and out within 15 mins. Mins after we got here, 13 people showed up. The line moved quickly though, and everyone got serviced by the time we were done. This was so much faster than the passport office in Downtown Vancouver.

As mentioned in so many other reviews. GREAT security guard. Glasses, over 50, bald. Didn't catch his name. Pleasure to meet him, and he absolutely makes your day.nService was smooth, efficient and pleasant. My wait was less than 10 minutes. Cannot praise them enough for being so nice in there. Went for biometrics. 10/10. Thank you!

Can't give u a five star as u have to pay for parking and u have to weight hours just to hand in a couple peaces of paper. What a joke. It's like they have a agreement with Kelowna to waist ur time here so they can bank of pay parking. No disappearing for peopes who need it. Needs some work. More front staff. Hand in files instead of seeing some one and parking for peopes with disabilitys at the location where I don't get tickets from imparl scammers

Honestly, I thought this was going to take a while but I got there at 8am and waited till it opened and I was out of there in 10 min for a passport renewal. Everyone was polite, friendly, and organized the security guard was super sweet and accommodating.
