Passport Office

I recently had a biometrics appointment at Service Canada, scheduled for 9 am. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process took less than 10 minutes to complete. The staff were efficient, courteous, and made the experience hassle-free. Overall, I was impressed with the excellent customer service and efficiency at Service Canada.

My daughter's passport renewal was processed in an orderly, efficient, and friendly manner. The staff were there to help. We had to wait about an hour which was very close to what the estimate was, but I know the times can vary greatly. I think we got lucky with a quiet day.nnThe passport was processed in exactly the time that they said it would be.

Needed my passport renewed asap so had to go to the office. Staff were all friendly, efficient and no attitude. Well organized office.

I had a very pleasant and streamlined experience renewing my passport just now. Took less than 30 mins all in. I brought in my filled application, my expiring passport, and my photos, and they did the rest.
