The security guard at Service Canada today around noon—bald, wearing glasses, and likely in his 50s—was truly exceptional. He was not only incredibly kind and helpful to every customer but also went out of his way to ensure that no one missed their turn by personally checking in with those waiting. His attentiveness made a noticeable difference in the experience of everyone there. Give this man a raise!

Pleasantly surprised with the excellent service all round. From reception desk to receiving my passport. Normal application made on a Monday, passport couriered and received at my home by Thursday of the same week!

I was recently contacted by the Kelowna Service Canada Centre for Passport Services regarding my daughter's passport application and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The call service was horrendous—the representative was very rude and asked intrusive questions, such as asking for details from months ago that I simply couldn’t recall. When I tried to explain my situation, she even hung up on me.nnI believe obtaining a passport should be straightforward for a citizen, and unnecessary, irrelevant questions only add to the frustration. I hope the Centre can improve its customer service for future applicants.
