Passport Office

Our line up was greeted by a very pleasant security guard 10 minutes before opening to explain line ups and answer any questions. Doors opened at 8:30 on the dot. Very streamed lined. I was done my renewal and out the door in 10 minutes. There are a lot of people so be sure to arrive early to get in line.

The gentleman in security was very kind and was very warm in guiding us to the right place. He either should have a raise or should be moved to one of the offices.nThe appointment was quick and fast

Pleasantly surprised with the excellent service all round. From reception desk to receiving my passport. Normal application made on a Monday, passport couriered and received at my home by Thursday of the same week! Thank you!

I recently had a biometrics appointment at Service Canada, scheduled for 9 am. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process took less than 10 minutes to complete. The staff were efficient, courteous, and made the experience hassle-free. Overall, I was impressed with the excellent customer service and efficiency at Service Canada.

Had a good experience here getting my SIN. Got there at 8am as was worried about long waits, there was already a queue but staff quickly organised the queues when the office opened and I was still seen very quickly
