I had to fly to van to apply for a passport on a rush. Showed up at 8am on a very busy week, was 5th person in at 8:30, was all done by 8:51. Can’t complain. SHOW up early. People I’m front of me in line said the day before there were 2-3 hr waits. Early is best. You line up and wait to be let in at 830.
I waited an hour before the place opened. The guard outside was very nice. Once I got in the service was fast, good, informative, and pleasant. Very excited to get back there to pick up my passport once it’s ready
Professional, speedy receptionists. We were told had a 45 minute wait, and waited 40 on a Tuesday at 12pm. As long as your paperwork is filled out properly, you should have an easy time, and can hope to get the passport in the mail in only two weeks. We went in March 28 and we were told it should arrive about April 11th in the mail.
These people at this service Canada passport office were incredible.. we cant say enough about how helpful they were to us..we needed a new passport asap as my husband's was damaged ..we got one within 2 hours of applying...so thankful for empathetic and helpful staff...
As of July 22/2020 the office is still closed. Google has it wrong. Unfortunately
