We recently visited the Passport Service Center to apply for our passports, and the experience was excellent. The entire process went smoothly, with the staff being incredibly friendly and efficient. Everything was well-organized, and we were in and out in no time.nnWe also had a biometric appointment for my parents which also went off without a hitch. The overall experience was great, and the center is easy to find. There’s convenient parking available right under the building, and if you prefer, you can park in the nearby neighborhood for free for up to one hour.

Went to the office without an appointment as a new citizen for my first passport application.nnHad a wonderful experience at the passport office. The office opens at 8.30 AM. Me and my wife reached at 8.15 AM, stayed in the queue for about 15 minutes when an official came and explained what the process is like with a couple of jokes.nnWe entered inside at 8.30 AM, got a token number and reached the counter by 8.45 AM, and interacted with Todd. He was great to talk to, explained everything clearly and was extremely thorough.nnThe process was completed by 9 AM, and we were out of the office. 100% one of the smoothest government work related experiences I had.

I helped my 53 year old cousin who has down syndrome apply for his very first passport. We arrived at 8:10 AM and we were on our back home by 9:15 AM. It truly was a wonderful experience. The person checking us in was super friendly. We only waited about 10 minutes after that we before we got called to one of the agent. He was extremely professional and spoke directly to my cousin with me more being a supportive role. He engaged my cousin in conversation about where he was travelling to. Just stellar service. Thank you for making the process so easy for my cousin.

Very friendly/helpful staff, very efficient. We went Monday at 8:15 and were out before 9:30 with no appointment. The line up moved very quickly and didn't seem too bad when we were leaving... but best to get there early. One man was coming out to give the line instructions - he was very helpful and made a few jokes too. There was already a big line when we got there, so before 8 would be better if you're really pressed on time. Make sure you've filled everything in the forms out and you should be good!

The friendliest, most helpful and efficient passport experience I have ever encountered! Bravo to this team for making what is typically a boring, annoying and long process feel easy, light and dare I say enjoyable?! You made an 8:30 am line up feel good. Thank you.
