We recently visited the Passport Service Center to apply for our passports, and the experience was excellent. The entire process went smoothly, with the staff being incredibly friendly and efficient. Everything was well-organized, and we were in and out in no time.nnWe also had a biometric appointment for my parents which also went off without a hitch. The overall experience was great, and the center is easy to find. There’s convenient parking available right under the building, and if you prefer, you can park in the nearby neighborhood for free for up to one hour.

I was expecting a long, stressful wait at the passport office, but I was pleasantly surprised by how organized and efficient they are! The entire process was smooth, and I didn't have to wait in line for hours like I thought I would. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, which made for a stress-free experience. Great job to the team!

Went to the office without an appointment as a new citizen for my first passport application.nnHad a wonderful experience at the passport office. The office opens at 8.30 AM. Me and my wife reached at 8.15 AM, stayed in the queue for about 15 minutes when an official came and explained what the process is like with a couple of jokes.nnWe entered inside at 8.30 AM, got a token number and reached the counter by 8.45 AM, and interacted with Todd. He was great to talk to, explained everything clearly and was extremely thorough.nnThe process was completed by 9 AM, and we were out of the office. 100% one of the smoothest government work related experiences I had.

Unbelievably quick efficient and friendly service. Did not arrive until 945 due to highway closure start to finish I was 45 minutes. Superior customer service came from Mississauga well worth the drive

Just came here for the first time today. The staff here are very polite and professional and very clear with instructions. I would probably say this was the fastest and best passport office experience I've had. I got here half an hour before it opened, was the 5th person in line. Gates opened at 8:30am I was done by 8:36am, outside leaving by 8:37am. Amazing.
