Passionknit is a crafting supplies boutique located at Yonge and Lawrence in Toronto, ON. We offer a wide selection of artisan yarns, including various types of high quality and hand dyed wool. Besides our range of yarns, we also carry essential knitting and crochet supplies such as needles, hooks, stitch markers and darning needles, winders, and project bags.

Do you want to learn how to knit or master a new technique? We also offer classes ranging from basic stitches for beginners to more advanced skills. Check out our website for a full list of the classes we have available.

Are you looking to meet other knitters and work on your latest project in a friendly place? Join us for our weekly Knit Night from 6 pm to 8 pm every Thursday!

I love this store! They have the most beautiful yarn. I have been shopping at this store for years now and the service and quality is always great.
This store offers the very best in beginners knitting. My child could not have learned from a better skilled professional teacher than at Passionknit. After one 2 hour session online, my young child was knitting like a professional within two-days. By Day 3 my child completed a first knitting project.
Mismatching dye lots and bad customer service. Beware! They also sold me defective yarn from their Discontinued Yarn bin. It looks like roving but in fact, the silk had been incorrectly blended. Very deceiving/ incompetent staff!
Best yarn store in Toronto, by far. They have vegan yarns!

The ladies here are wonderful and very helpful! There is a huge amount of yarn so you'll find whatever you need to suit just about any project. I'll definitely be returning! :
Purchased a knitting needle today at Passionknit, clearly marked as $13. The clerk charged me $16 plus tax. When I questioned the price the clerk blamed the manufacturer and said she had to charge me the higher price. The store may have nice yarn but it is frustrating when you can't trust the prices as marked.
Great selection of yarn and excellent service.
