Aside from our collars and bandanas we also carry some gift items made by local vendors that include mugs, bowties, treats, bags, toys, cards, and a few other things. We're incredibly pet friendly. Have been a repeat Etsy customer x4 orders the collars are high quality and beautiful. The option to upgrade to a martingale on all prints is so helpful if you have a sighthound. I love supporting a Canadian company. That being said– really disappointed since the company left Etsy. It's been a month since I placed my order and it still hasn't shipped yet. Took three emails to get a response from customer service. Maybe an update needs to be made to the shipping policy if the new timeline since leaving Etsy is 4-8 weeks to receive your order Ontario customer. If your shopping in-person can't recommend enough but if online maybe expect a long wait?
Ordered a collar for my cat through their store on Etsy on August 1st. I was charged and received confirmation of my order but I never received it and messaged the seller on September 16th and was told they would send a replacement. I messaged the seller again on October 19th as I still have not received anything and my message has been ignored.
Jenna was so great to talk to! She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and created a special gift for a friend of mine. I always thought a collar was a collar but Hen & Goose collars are so much better, the quality of the buckle, the material is far superior! As a small business owner, Jenna has been very supportive and willing to share some considerations from her perspective. I really appreciate her time. I Have ordered a dog collar on August 28th, was charged and received confirmation of my order but have not received the item yet. I have emailed the company respectfully asking if they could give me an update on my order # and I still haven't heard anything. I'd like to know if this is a legitimate company as my tracking order is not valid, noone is responding and I've been charged. Kindly asking for an answer. -Thank you,
