I just can't say enough nice things about this business. Pascal Le Boulanger has got to rank up with the top bakeries in Canada. Everything was tasty and perfectly fresh. You will fall in love with the food displays. We even tried their pizza, sandwiches and they were fantastic. But sweats are the reason you should stop in...wow

This bakery is a little bit out of town to the north, but definitely worth the trip. The service is excellent and the food was delicious. Recommend the Southwest Chicken Sandwich. Kicking myself for not going back and getting more before leaving Quebec.
We discovered this bakery when camping at Jacques Cartier Parc. The baked goods are delicious and the service was very friendly. Even though we don’t speak French. We’ll come back tomorrow for a sandwich to enjoy on our long drive home. We highly recommend stopping her for a coffee and pastry.

Amazing bakery. They had so many varieties of bread and pastry. Staff were friendly and courteous. We stopped here for breakfast.
If I could give them six or 10 stars, i would gladly do it. Be prepared to wait on weekends. There's many to choose from. Also, if you don't speak French, please let them know. They would gladly switch. One of the best Baker i have visited in quite a long time. Also, I am a regular there now. So, the review might sound biased, but i can assure you its not bought! Great work, keep it up. And thank you for letting me know what I'm missing in my life.
They have a lot of varieties for pastries, bread and meals!
