I had the worst experience at this location.nThe staff are the most unfriendly people I've ever met in my life. We spent $100 on literally nothing and they refused to let us use the washroom. They didn't offer a bag. They didn't even ask for us to purchase a bag. We had to carry things out by ourselves. Definitely think twice before coming back here again and it will never recommend it to anybody. Good luck.nMaybe you should train your staff how to be nice to customers.
Worst experience. Ordered a wig, a scull cap to go under the wig and makes you buy a re-useable bag. Paid extra for same day delivery. Scull cap came with no wig. Why would i need the scull cap without the wig. No email from them, explanation, nothing. Tried calling and just a machine. Will never shop here again. I am out all that money for a scull cap worth $5 yet paid over 40.
Came over today to buy all of my engagement party decorations! They have a lot of options and I got a lot of help. Ana and Jessica were so sweet! Splendid time shopping and I would definitely come back!
I recently placed a balloon inflation order at Party City on Orfus. I came two weeks before the scheduled pick up and provided the balloons I wanted inflated. The day of balloon pick up, I get a call from a girl who had no idea what was going on and advised that she couldn’t find half my order. I explained to her that I had my receipt, and the guy who took the order placed everything in a bag with my name on it. She put someone else on the phone and I asked if I really had to come down there to sort this out. She agreed and told me to come down to the store. Now I’m there over an hour early, no one knows what’s going on, and they try to tell me I’m in the wrong and that I didn’t provide half the items listed on my receipt. They also said they lost one of the balloons I provided. After repeating what was supposed to be in my order, another girl overheard and discovered half of my balloons with someone else’s balloon order. They also double charged me for inflation which had to be refunded. For all the inconvenience and confusion, and now having to attempt to deliver my balloons to the party venue early which they did not accept I asked if they could at least give me a bag to put them in. They told me I had to pay $2.99. Worst customer service, completely disorganized. I’d rather go to Woodbridge, staff is much more organized and customer service is great! Avoid the Orfus location, not worth your frustration.
A fantastic place to get a variety of party supplies. The staff is very polite and helped me place my order in just a few minutes. Thank you, I'll be coming back here again.
