Good location. Good selection. Pretty good website. When you call, however, the phone just keeps ringing until you are finally greeted with a squealing fax machine in your ear. Pick it up or have a four ring answering service.
I bought a balloon here. It was a very nice balloon. It took 15 minutes to have it pumped with helium. They also have nice Office Decorating Kits and EXTREMELY LARGE rice crispy crackers!!!
Nice staff. They do whatever they can. But because nowadays nobody is partying, the store is basically empty. Balloons have particularly very low selection.
Good store lots of decorations for special events.
No Christmas gift bags or other Christmas wrapping available, racks a mess with bits and pieces of Christmas debris. The store is dirty and poorly stocked compared to my last visit 10 months ago.
They have everything for any kind of occasion but sometimes it is hard to realy find some items they might be out of stock overall it is great
