Do not buy the wiper on offer with $5.99. it is worst quality. The blade does not wipe properly and making friction sound in just one month.
The customer service is impeccable, Ahmed specifically. Ahmed went past and beyond in assisting me. After I was turned away by an associate that said the part I’m looking for was not available. Ahmed came in a hurry before I was about to leave the store and told me it might be there and if I gave hime a few minutes he can find it for me. I happily waited and within a couple of minutes he came out with the last part he had in stock. I really appreciated the effort he put into my simple request. And I also appreciated the smile he had on his face the whole time while conversing with him. Thank you so much Ahmed. Hopefully this can show the managers that you are a reason for their success and reward you greatly for the efforts.
Ahmed provided exceptional customer service that the competition failed to even come close to *cough piston ring cough*. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and was incredibly attentive to my needs and was able to locate the correct part needed out of the city and get it ordered in for me within the week. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was looking for an obscure part which unfortunately they did not have, but they took the time to look up the name of two other stores in the city that might be able to help me instead.
