Unrivaled Match Day Energy, but One Small Improvement NeedednnIf you want to experience major sports events in Vancouver with an absolute premium atmosphere, Parq Casino is the place to be. I dropped in on a match day when Australia secured a massive win, and the energy inside the venue was nothing short of legendary. From the second you walk through the doors, you can tell this place knows exactly how to host a crowd and elevate a game-day experience.nnThe entire vibe throughout the casino and the viewing areas was completely electric and entertaining. The crowd was incredibly diverse, drawing in a great mix of passionate fans and locals who were all there to soak in the action. Everyone was in high spirits—nice people, amazing energy, and zero bad attitudes. Whether people were celebrating Australia's victory or just enjoying the high-stakes environment, the collective camaraderie made the whole viewing experience unforgettable.nnThe staff kept things running incredibly smoothly despite how packed it was, moving the crowds efficiently and keeping the hospitality top-tier. Between the massive screens and the world-class layout, it's easily one of the best spots in the city for an entertainment-packed night out.nHowever, I did have to drop the rating by one star due to a baffling setup outside. I wondered why they kept the powerful heating on out on the smoking patios during the summer. Running outdoor heaters when the weather is already warm feels like a massive waste of energy and made the patio area incredibly uncomfortable to stand in.nIf you want great vibes, friendly people, and an atmosphere that keeps you on the edge of your seat, it's still a fantastic spot—hopefully, they just learn to turn the outdoor elements down when they aren't needed!

It is usually only around 30x or 40x. I dont think ive encountered more than 100x.
With the frequent greetings and check-ins from the staff, you can tell that customer service is a priority engrained into the culture at Parq Casino. Unfortunately, the needs of people with disabilities and wheelchair users are not.nnI was attending a function at the Honey and Salt located on the first floor of the casino. Everything was going fine until I had to use the restroom. The restroom is located just outside the restaurant in the lobby when I went to use the bathroom the only accessible stall was out of order. I went to the front desk and asked where the next closest accessible bathroom was located. They seem genuinely stunned and I got three different answers.nnI then had to wheel across a huge lobby, wait for a busy elevator, go up one floor, where I had to wait in line to show my ID, wheel across the casino floor through carpet that felt like quicksand, then wait for an able bodied person to finish using the accessible stall with all of the other stalls were empty. I spent over 20 minutes trying to find the bathroom, before I went in my pants, when I should’ve been spending it with the people that I came there to spend it with. I had to do that twice.nnThe reason I write this a review is in hopes to share a perspective that is sometimes overlooked. If it was the entire men’s bathroom on the main floor that was out of order, it would’ve been top priority. But since the bathroom was running at 90% efficiency, it was status quo.nnWith the amount of dollars this facility generates, the amount of resources that are available, and the extra effort in customer service, I would think that making sure an accessible bathroom is available and working so all of your guests enjoy their visit, should be a major concern.
Great establishment where it’s the casino your after or at a conference. This place has it all. I love the outdoor patios.
Date 7 october 2025 Near about 11:00 amI am Gagandeep Singh came from Brampton to explore Vancouver and my friend who works here suggested me to visit Parq Casino. We entered through the lobby after showing our IDs and went to level 2, where I played blackjack around 3000$. The dealer and most of the staff were very nice and professional. It was really a great experience at the tables. I was very happy, so I thought to play high limit games at level 3. However, one thing spoiled my whole mood as well as my rest day. Basically, When we tried to go to level 3 using the elevator, a security lady, not sure about her name but I remember, she was from filipino community behaved very rudely and didn’t let us enter. Her behaviour was not at all professional. It shocked me that how come a such unprofessional individual can represent security at a such professional place. It was totally disrespectful for me. However, after wasting my lot of time, a security supervisor came there who worked professionally and let us enter but I didn’t get enough time to play high limit tables because my time was already wasted by security person. I’ve visited many casinos before in Brampton and Calgary, but I’ve never encountered this kind of behavior before. It’s a nice place overall, I would given five star but that security individual spoiled my mood as well as my rest day. Thus, I will give one star only. I’d love to come back again, but I hope this doesn’t happen next time.
