Very disappointed and super upset. Last week I returned after 2 years! Used to be my go to spot when Aimee was around. Tried a new stylist who gaslit me the entire time I was in her chair. She took off 7 inches of my length even though we agreed on 4. She then said don’t worry, it’ll be long when it’s straightened?!? She did a big wet chop and said she'd blend layers once dry. Blending technique is non-existent. She proceeded to quickly get me out of her chair so she can see the next client. I would have completely respected her if she said she didn’t know how to layer hair or do curtain bangs. Pretty sure I’m never returning.Service: Hairstyling

Got an amazing cut from Jordan quote unquote junior stylist with tons of experience! He listened to what I wanted and executed perfectly! I was in love w the cut was the first day because he paid attention to the length and texture and how I usually style it. I’ve had it for a week and it’s exactly what I wanted. He is a also just a rad person and really fun to talk to. Went to parlour on a recommendation not knowing any of the stylists and really glad I booked Jordan!Service: Haircut

I am in love with my colour by Meladee! I went to her with dreams of beautiful smoky blue hair, despite years and years of black hair dye, and she did an amazing and marathon ! job of transforming my hair into the vision I had, right down to the perfect custom colour for me. And even after all that treatment, my hair is still soft and healthy. I trust her completely. She is an incredibly gifted stylist and also a very kind person.Services: Balayage

A little empathy from the salon could have saved me from writing this review, but the guy I spoke to about getting this fixed was cold, rude and chalked this up to 'not liking my haircut.' I think the photo speaks for itself; it's a bit more than not 'liking' it. I understand mistakes happen re: haircut, and I appreciate them getting me in although two days later, but the customer service or lack thereof I received when calling in was unacceptable. Do better.

Got my hair done twice with Gosia and loved it! I’m very bad at articulating what I want, especially when it comes to colour but she got it perfectly. Both times I’ve gotten my hair done I got so many compliments after. Highly recommend!Service: Haircut

I don't know how this is rated to be one of the best salons in Toronto. Went here recently for a haircut. The hairstylist didn't even give me what I wanted. She took 5-10mins to cut my hair, and then said she was going to go in after she dried it to add in more layers and cut it down some more. After she dried it, she rushed me out of the chair for her next client. I came back home to find out I was left with uneven hair strands, uneven length at the back, and even had some left over split ends. Have to go to another salon to get this mess fixed. Safe to say, I'm not going back here.Service: Haircut

I’ve been here a few times when Savanah worked here and I was always happy with the results. Went in for a cut in February and was told she doesn’t work there, I asked for someone who is experienced with long hair and booked my appointment. Bad decision. The person who checked me in forgot to tell the stylist I was on site, the appointment started about 30 minutes late, which would have been fine but the stylist felt rushed. Did a horrible job with the cut, uneven, not at all what I asked for. I contacted them a few days later and was offered a fix, Sam who seems great by the way, tried to fix things but mentioned that he would basically have to cut off about 6 inches to even things out, he said he would be able to try and blend the layers in better and I should come back in a few months to actually correct/even things out. I contacted them after a few months and still no response. Update: management never reached out in June. This wasn’t just a cut that wasn’t to my liking, she basically left about 6-8 inches between the layers, there’s only so much Sam could do to fix the previous stylists butcher job.

I’m super picky about my hair cuts and I had to try a few salons before I found someone who I truest with my hair while heartedly. Gossia is amazing! She’s so good at what she does and I’ve loved every haircut she’s given me. Recently we did some blonde balayage to get rid of the red I had, and lighten everything up, and she blew my expectations out of the water!Service: Haircut

I've been getting my hair done by Gosia for years, and have followed her to different salons including Parlour. Highly recommend visiting, the salon is super chill and reception is always nice, I'm always able to get an appointment, and Gosia is simply amazing. I've gotten highlights done, different hair cut styles over the years, bang trims and more. Gosia is attentive, professional, and I always walk out of the salon loving my hair.

I visited Parlour this week and I had a great experience! Shaunna was amazing, super friendly and gave me a fantastic cut. She also gave me some tips for home haircare that were super helpful, I would 100% visit again.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
