A cozy and intimate space, Parlour features a large wall of windows, tufted banquettes, small tables and a large bar and offers a small food menu. Parlour’s craft cocktail menu has its foundation in the classics; a perfect martini, an old-fashioned or a gimlet. Upon this foundation the bartenders build creative new craft cocktails using fresh squeezed juice, house made syrups, elixirs and rare artisanal spirits. Visit us today!"

We tried the burgers here and this place is definitely popular. Our server was great handling a lot of tables during their busy happy hour. I thought the burger was a bit on the greasy side, but still enjoyable. We really loved their popcorn, wish I could recreate it at home. Definitely worth stopping by for craft cocktails and a casual meal!
Stopped by here on our last night in Minneapolis. A friend said we needed to have their burger and old fashioned. Nothing disappointed! We ordered a burger, chicken sandwich, their popcorn and cookie and WOW. Jeff also was a great bartender and took care of us. We look forward to coming back for more.
The design and layout of the place is beautiful. We got down to business and both had the burger. Two patties, pork belly, and to top it off, a nice fried egg. Such a good burger. I got an old fashioned which was quite tasty as well.
I'm so glad we made a stop here again.. it had been many years since our first visit. Always in search of the perfect burger, Parlour pops up often but it seems there is always a new one on the market to try. This burger is as close as you can get to perfection! In addition to the food, the service here is top notch! We sat at the bar because we enjoy the human connection it provides, the people slanging drinks are so fun, always willing to answer silly questions and even offered up a little side sipper after our meal! Please pay them a visit, try the burger and see for yourself why this is a must.
Very expensive and not the best burger in the Twin Cities, but it’s worth trying once! The atmosphere is amazing and the burger and aioli are really good. There’s an upstairs and downstairs for different vibes.Recommended dishesSwiss Aioli, Parlour Burger and Fries
Burger, fries, alioli and beer, all in a dimly lit basement with underground yet classy vibes. This place is a MUST! I have only tried the burger and it is superb. Simple and delicious, highly recommended. My friends that live in the cities claim it is the best in the world, better than Au cheval even. If you are from Chicago you know that is a stretch, but they won't budge in their opinion. I think they are pretty close in quality. Their fries are just perfection though. This local favorite also has very good cocktails and service. Fast, responsive staff make the experience of dining here even better. What are you waiting for?
Oh the burger... this is quite possibly the best burger on the planet. I've got to try them all to be sure- but this is the new benchmark. And do yourself a favor and order a cocktail. You can thank me later..
Parlour USED to have the absolutely best burger in town and most amazing mixed drinks. The burgers USED to have the most mouth watering, delicious patties of all time. Crispy smash burger edges with the greatest flavor and fall apart texture. The drinks were some of my most memorable I have ever had. WHAT HAPPENED?!? I went a couple days ago looking forward to having an amazing dinner and some drinks and was severely let down. Something changed. The burger seemed like a regular run of the mill burger patty with next to no flavor. The patty is supposed to have three of the most expensive and delicious cuts of meats, but this patty seemed to be made of 90/10 ground beef. The food came out very fast which is unlike how it used to be. Makes me think they are not putting in the time and care that they used too, or are pre making food before I order. Their old burger out of a food truck was better than what I got the other night. Hell, My local bar has a better burger with more flavor for $6. The drinks were also extremely weak. They tasted amazing and were so smooth, But I fear because they were not made as strong as they used to be. The old fashioned was the best I've ever had but I barely felt them and I had TWO. This basement bar has become a shell of it's former self. I don't think I can ever bring myself back here to eat. Not to mention it's $40 for two burgers and a basket of fries... I would be willing to pay $20 for an old Parlour burger. But this new recipe they have is just sub par. RIP the old Parlour. Just not what it used to be...
When we can't think of what we wanna eat, this is usually where my partner and I end up. Always at the bar, stiff drinks at the best seat in the house. If you don't get the fries with the swiss dip, you're losing out.
Unique drinks, great burger and tasty chicken sandwich. I wish I could buy some pickles from here. Surprisingly good fries. Fun casual environment. Got to sit on a couch.
