Mar and his team are fantastic, they go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Highly recommend them.
I booked my covid vaccine through the online system with this pharmacy. When I showed up for my appointment they did not want to administer it as they would have to waste the rest of the doses in the vial. I did press for it as I had booked it in advance. What was particularly galling however was the pharmacist did not confirm my identity prior to administration - only asking if I still lived on my current street. She did not ask for ID, did not confirm name, PHN, DOB etc. I should have said something as a MD, as this is clearly not professional behaviour, but I was too taken aback by the attitude at the time. I would respectfully suggest the personnel review the pharmacist code of conduct and the standard of care to administer medications and vaccines as they did not meet it today.
Mar and his team are amazing. Always so friendly and there have been a few times where Mar has personally gone out of his way to help me with my prescriptions. Just a huge difference compared to shoppers or London drugs where you are just another person. Mar makes you feel like a friend, and one who truly cares about your well-being! I highly recommend going here for anything you need from a pharmacy.
I was in a bit of a bind due to the Cam Lake fire and these uber-friendly people helped me out. Great friendly attitude and beautiful bright facility. If this pharmacy was in my home town I would switch to it without hesitation. Thx!
Very friendly and helpful. Convenient location too. The pharmacist that provides vaccinations is THE best ever. Hardly feel a thing, and no effects! Also, the congenial way the staff serves you makes this one of my 'go to' places!
