I have purchased an ATV in Feb 2018. I'm happy with it. They agreed to take in 2 motorcycles on consignment. They seem very busy, but make a noticeable effort to serve.

Pretty good service. Just forgot to mention that on warranty work their is a $50 deductible. Which I am sure they do to many.

**ETA They deleted the ability to review and all reviews off their FB page. How very honest of them. *** Why is it that the dealership where my dad bought his bike, and who currently has it there, can't find fork oil seals and dust seals to repair his bike before the weekend? Possibly the last weekend he has to ride it. My dad works away from home, coming home to ride his bike is a treat for him, to relax and unwind. They've had it 9 days. My dad made one phone call and found a set. But apparently the service writer called all dealerships and aftermarket suppliers and couldn't find them anywhere. Thanks for nothing Parkland Sled and ATV Red Deer, it must be nice to completely drop your customers as soon you sell them a bike.

Impossible to get ahold of them and when you do the parts are cheaper at rainycreek
