Have NEVER received a phone call back, went into office to clear up misunderstandings and still aren't fixed. No communication with drivers either. if we are all suppose to fend for ourselves why do you have paying jobs??? County took down the bus stop signs off the hwy, in the 3 weeks of school we've had 4 dump trucks fly past the bus that had it's flashing lights on and nearly hit our kids. *5 months this year of vehicles passing while kids are on the highway lights flashing after complaining to the police FINALLY the signs were put back up. No further incidents of vehicles passing.

If you have registered and not moved everything is all good; my kids took the bus last year. I moved in October and have been desperately trying to change my address for 5 months now. Between unanswered emails, unreturned voicemails and now recent in person encounters they have now reached an all-time low in customer service or client care. After finally touching base over the phone in February, three phone calls later they are still unable to help anyone or tell you anything but generic statements that you can find on the website in order to protect a child's information. I was then told to stop by to deal with the matter in person, given their address, directions and best time of day to stop by. After meeting that same person in the front foyer of their office I was then looked in the eye and told to "email her" my new address. What is a person to do when my emails from months ago went unanswered.... repeatedly. THIS SYSTEM NEEDS CHANGED!

Parkland Transportation has zero communication skills. They gave us the wrong information for a bus route, never contacted us with the correct information, and when I called to inquire (a call that was never returned) they were flippant and unapologetic. My child has been busing for for 5 years and every year it gets worse and worse!

Don't return phone calls or emails...how do you get these people to communicate with you so you can set up the bus for your child!!!????? terrible service!
