One of the nicest little spots in town. You can enjoy a coffee, do your banking, grocery, etc.. then take a few minutes to enjoy the beauty of the flowers.
I love Park & Tilford! It’s definitely worth looking up the historical information on this location. The Park and Tilford Distilleries first opened in the spring of 1957, with onsite distilling operations and storage facilities occupying approximately 24 acres. The distillery was located one half mile west of the Second Narrows bridge on Cotton Road now known as Main St. I grew up in the Moodyville area and loved going down to Park & Tilford for fresh bakery items. Now as an adult, I find it a very handy place to go. There is grocery, liquor, store, coffee, pharmacy, and pet stores, and more. The actual gardens are still there and are really nice adventure in Summer Spring or winter to walk-through with the kids. Definitely recommend it.
