I bought a sectional Nov 17 paid in full that day. I was told in about 7 days I will be notified when the actual delivery to my place will be. 7 days later I called no answer left messages and no one called me back. I email my sales lady and she never returned my email for days. I continued to call and no one would answer. She finally email me back and said sorry for the misunderstanding about the delivery date. A week or so go by and still no word on when my sectional is coming in, at this point I wanted to cancel but I read the Google reviews and seen that parks would charge a 400 restock fee so I didn’t cancel. I could have got the same sectional from Ashley’s at the same price because Ashley’s price matches and said they would give it to me at parks price I didn’t want to pay a restock fee so didn’t.nWhen I did purchase the sectional the sales lady was great and very happy with the price and service I got. I finally was called from the delivery dept and was told my delivery would be dec 23, a few days beforenI was called and it was changed to the 24th. No biggie. Come delivery day the delivery guys were top notch, the care and respect they use in my house was amazing. It was 4 pieces and each time they entered my house they would take their shoes off. The final piece can in and they delivery guy told my wife they had the wrong piece. They told my wife they will get back to the warehouse and try their best to get the right piece delivered the same day. With in a few hours they were back with the right piece set it up and we were very satisfied. These delivery guys are the reason I will still shop at parks. I can’t say enough for them.nThe sectional we bought at parks unseen was even nicer than we imagined. I just hope they put a little more effort in after sales inquiries. This Eastwood of been a 5 star review.nI hope the delivery guys get recognized for this.
Parks used to be one of our favourite spots to buy furniture. We were there today waiting for over 40 minutes for a sales person to help us purchase a couch. No one helped us on the showroom floor. We had our two small children with us and when we asked for help multiple times, no one showed up. We walked out the door as people who used to shop at Parks. We’ll never go back again. We will take our business somewhere where we actually get served and are respected.
We had a really great experience with Parks!nTeagan was excellent to deal with when placing our order and keeping us in the loop for delivery.nDelivery was great also, the two men Tyler and I missed the name of the other moved the couch in with ease and it was so kind of them to set it up for us and they took away all the plastic and cardboard.nWe had a couple small defects in the couch cushions but Karen went above and beyond and has ordered us replacements.nSuper happy with the service and product we received and we highly recommend.
Excellent selection at their Sanford store but that's the only positive thing about my entire experience there recently. Received a damaged accent chair along with two sofas in good condition. After being in contact with my sales representative, service department via email and service manager via phone, issue remains unresolved. Manager suggested I try my hand at repairing it myself. I shouldn't have to repair defective merchandise that I paid $600.00 for. Was informed that I had 1 week to return the item at a cost of 20% restocking fee even though it was damaged. Decided to forgo that when I was told they would send a repair man to resolve the issue. I have made numerous calls to the service manager about the repair man never showing up to this date. Purchase was made August 1st, 2024. I recommend everyone avoid shopping her due to the potential for an experience such as mine. No customer care or relations beyond selling you what they have. After that, you are on your own if there are any problems. Heed my warning!
