As a long time customer Park's Furniture has never disappointed me. This is due to the large selection 3 floors with great value and quality.nSales staff is professional grade. My last visit was during a snow storm. The only person who made it to work was young man named Matt. In spite of being alone with people on all floors to look after, he managed to complete my order in what seemed record time.nDelivery team is amazing. One purchase was a heavy bulky beautiful bar for my rec-room. It needed to go down the stairs and through several tight corners and narrow doorways. They made it look so easy.nYou could go to a big box store and take your chances or visit Park's. You won't be disappointed.
Wow! Incredible options and even better customer service. The couch we received is of amazing quality and our delivery workers were so patient and helpful- brought our couch up to our apartment, put it together, and took the boxes so we didn’t have to deal with any mess! Above and beyond! Not to mention their follow up- making sure we got our product and it’s to our liking. We also ordered in 2022 and I will continue to order my furniture from Parks. I recommend everyone do the same.
I've had nothing but a good experience with parks. The sales staff Teagan! was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable adding to my confidence in what I was custom ordering. An initial order did not work out in my place, and Parks were very fair and accommodating in handling the issue, an exchange. Quirky old building makes shopping a throwback experience, but the selection is very good, and the prices are exceptional. Highly recommend you give them a look see with your next furniture purchase.
From start to finish, our experience at Parks Furniture was smooth and enjoyable. We met with Matt who helped us find the perfect couch for our needs, keeping in mind our “must haves” combined with the fact that we have 3 cats who like to scratch furniture! With his help and expertise, we picked out a beautiful, durable fabric that has held up very well against our pets and is easy to keep clean. The process of custom designing our new couch was uncomplicated as we could see some model examples on the showroom floor as well as on the handy brand diagrams and the huge selection of high quality fabrics was impressive. The prices could not be beat. We shopped around for months looking for something that fit our needs but also had excellent quality and until we heard about Parks through word of mouth, we were coming up empty! We love that our DecorRest couch is Canadian made with a fully hardwood frame, with firm yet comfortable cushions. Estimated timeline from placing order to delivery was 10 weeks but the couch was built and delivered in less than 6 which was awesome. The delivery company was professional, careful and helpful. We love our new couch and recommend Parks to everyone looking to find a beautiful new piece for their home!
This is somehow a hidden gem from people who are new to this city AND a staple of this community at the same timenMy partner at work whom is new to Canada was so excited to show me this “secret” furniture store. She spent like an hour trying to find out the name with no avail. She told me what streets this place was on and I just had to laugh. It was shocking for people not to know about parks because I grew up here my whole life.nRegardless me and my wife were looking for a bed frame and after lots of searching and research we found the perfect one! Unfortunately as soon as we were about to lay down the money for the bed frame the salesperson informed us that we would have to buy the entire bedroom set. Therefore we weren’t able to afford everything, nor needed everything.nAs a healthcare professional I find it weird that they sell CPAP’s but whatevernAlso I love the oddities that seems to be build specifically for my home.nAlso I’m about 90% sure that this lion is going to be responsible for our divorce. It’s within our budget and there are a million places to put it!!!!
