The customer service was fine but whoever said their pizza was any form of deep dish was lying. The hot wings were way overcooked and was mostly crunchy breading. I'm not sure how they've been in business this long and still have horrible food. I guess when you're one of the only pizza in town, quality falls short.
If I could put a zero star review I would. We were waiting patiently to be seated and my husband asks if we could please sit at a booth as we are a family of 5. She was very rude with her answer then proceeded to seat other people who walked in after us! Will never return
Food was good..service a little slow. Unfortunately you have to ask for ketchup and mustard straws and salt and pepper. Doesn't feel like you are getting a good service.
Great thin crust pizza. Sauce was very flavorful. We were the only people in restaurant. It was clean and they had signs to keep the distance because of covid-19, all staff wearing masks. Thier phone was ringing constantly with delivery orders.
I used to come here when I was younger. Just revisited and I can say it's as amazing as I remember. The pizza was a top 5 I've ever had. The service was what you would expect in a covid workplace time period. Will recommend and return on a regular basis.
Ordered takeout tonight, the name on our order was very similar to a different name that was called realized it was not our order at the car and immediately went back in. The staff was NOT pleasant about it whatsoever. A honest mistake and staff was not accommodating. When our order actually came up they rudely handed us the food. Don’t intend to be back any time soon
Young waitress, was very overwhelmed with the fact we had 9 people in our party, made faces when taking the order like she couldn't keep it straight, very short comments and not pleasant at all, our tip was adjusted to our service, and we were the only ones dining in!Food: 5/5
Amazing pizza! We aren't from the area but saw this place and decided to stop and we are glad we did. The pizza sauce is the best I've ever had. We also had an appetizer of cheesy garlic bread which was delicious as well. We ordered a 16 inch pizza and left with plenty of leftovers for later. The bill also didn't go over $25 for all that we got on the pizza. We will definitely be going back soon!
Good food, known for their pizza, burgers are good, must have the fish fry. Yes they deliver. But during the eving rush it may take an hour to get delivered, but it's worth the wait. You can't wait, order earlier to beat the rush.
This is REAL homemade pizza. Homemade crust, sauce, grind and mix their own specialty cheese blend, the same with their spice mix. Fresh veggies cut every day. This is no cheap pizza chain. This is a 41 year Beaver Dam tradition. I drive an hour every Saturday just to get my Park Plaza fix. Nothing compares. I live in a big city and of all the pizza places, no one comes close. We have tried and had too many inferior pizza's. The drive is well worth that pizza. Made with family pride and served by the hardest working family there is.
