Took my son to urgent care. Waited 25 minutes to be seen, then he was told to wait in another area to get an ultra sound; nurse said "if you wait too long, come knock on the urgent care door and a nurse will help you." How long is "too long." Waited 45 minutes and then he went to get help. Was told his ultrasound had been scheduled for St. Louis Park by mistake. Ultrasound was rescheduled for Brooklyn Center (where we had been waiting) and then he was told the one and only ultrasound tech was on lunch break and would be another 45 minutes or so till he could be taken. There are no coffee, juice, soda, or food / snack vending machines. Some electric fixtures are hanging loose from ceiling. No napkins available at the "Cover your cough" station. Some of the check in staff seemed rude and even had conflicts with each other.

Georgia was by far the kindest and most empathetic PA I have ever met. She knew what I was going through was going to be horrible and did every possible thing to calm me down and make it as painless as possible. She's amazing!

Had really bad strep throat and the doctor who seen me only gave me an excuse for the day that I seen her and the next day off work. I call and see if she could write a note for extra day cause I wasn't feeling well. She said that the meds only take 24hrs to kick in. Okay, yes. But does she not realize it takes another day for the body to recover. I hope she catches strep and can do the same . Doc Kelly that works in urgent care. She also didn't give out good information or any at all.

This is a great place to get your health care. This is my primary clinic for over 9+ years and going. The physicians take really good care of us and everyone is professional.

Worst PNC clinic ever! I've been to the one in SLP and MP, the providers there are phenomenal and kind compare to the one's at BC. I'm sure not all of them are rude, but the one's that I've encounter sure are. Stare down, snapped at and mono-tune in and out of the patient room (Nutritionist/dietitian and Peds providers). Yeh, I get it! The location probably draws in people who are on government assistant, but that's not particularly true about every patient that visits. 2 star because it's convenient and UC wait is fast. If you are planning to establish care, go to a different location. It's worth the drive and patient experience.
