I like Park N'Fly. It is very convenient and they've good shuttle drivers. The only issue is that my discount code did not work, which was very disappointing.
Nothing is clear in the airport to pay your Park and Fly?!? Yes it’s written in your documents probably I read we have to pay at the park and fly booth?!? why not making it simple to avoid people paying more because we have a ticket already!!!! why not scanning the one we reserved?!!!! this way less mistake could happen and I am sure more people do this mistake !!! Also the lady on the phone is so rude we cannot even ask a question this prove me it’s happening often!!
Absoutely love the staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Having ADD I have forgot a thing or two on the busses in the past and they are so quick on helping without making you feel like a burden. My favorite though... Is the lady that works nights. I wish I could remember her name but she was the one telling us about the fog being so bad there at night. She has a great sense of humour and great personality. She has me laughing so hard every time and is very helpful. But you all are awesome. Keep smiling and keep up the great work.
There is pickup and drop to the airport, this service is amazing and their bus drivers are so friendly.

Was parked for two weeks and had no problems getting my truck when I returned
Got a coupon from our travel agency, pre-booked the parking & were told to make sure to pay at the kiosk at the airport otherwise we would not be able to leave the parking. They were very adamant that we pay at the airport. The coupon was not applied and there were five others who had the same problem. It's only $20 but very disappointing, if we had of know we would've just taken a cab to the airport.
Not as good as other locations. The shuttle service here is a little frustrating and costs about double what the park n fly in Edmonton costs, not to mention they don't honor the Park n Fly loyalty account here. I find their limited shuttles to be annoying as well. I missed a flight this week as we sat in the lot for 25 minutes as cars continued to pull in every 4 or 5 minutes and we just kept sitting there while they casually parked and boarded the shuttle. It's my fault that I cut it close on the time but this extended delay ended up causing me to arrive after the hour cutoff time. As a whole, it's a significant decrease in the service level compared to what's provided at the other Canadian locations i have used. I will be paying the extra $3/day in the future so I'm not relying on this outfit to take me the final half a km to the airport in under 30 minutes.
