After running into a massive pothole that damaged the sidewall of my tire, all the staff at Park Mazda provided swift and excellent customer service to get me back on the road. They had the tire at the dealership in a couple of hours, the staff took care of me immediately and were able to squeeze me in. They got the tire replacement and alignment done in just under an hour and a half at a reasonable price, and were able to get me on the road again so that I wouldn't be without my vehicle the next day. Special thank you to the customer service representative Jessie, and the technician Tyler for doing great work on my vehicle.
We were in the market for a new suv and after much research and recommendations I reached out to Park Mazda.nI was contacted by Matthew, a sales rep and discussed what we were looking for and decided on a 2025 CX-5 GS Comfort package.nFrom the initial email ,phone call and messages was an absolute schooling in how sales should be conducted.nWith his finance manager Edwin assisting him Matthew walked us through any available options, rebates and discounts available and agreed to an offer that we were comfortable with.nThe paperwork, and pickup of our new car was very smooth with Matthew walking us through any features as well as setting up the mazda app for remote start and android auto on my wifes phone.nAt no point through all of the process did we feel pressured or obligated to do anything other than what we were comfortable with.nApparently a family run bussiness that excels in customer service.nI would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle drop in and see these guys.nVery pleased. Sat down with sales consultant Cam to purchase our CX5. We really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable and thorough he was throughout the entire process. He was quick with gathering information and answering any questions we had. Took the time to sit in the vehicle with us and explain all the features of the vehicle as well as the app. Also appreciate that he took the time to get my license plate all squeaky clean before he installed it on the new vehicle! Had a great experience with financial advisor Eddie as well. He was helpful and patient as we took the time to collect all the information he required to get us going. Thank you Park Mazda!
