The plumber himself was efficient and professional. The reason I'm giving the company only three stars is because they no showed to my appointment and when I called, they acted like my appointment was a suggestion only. They referred to "what comes in the yesterday and overnight," but I certainly didn't receive a call indicating that they would need to reschedule, they simply didn't show up or communicate. They did reroute a plumber from another job to my place to get the job done, but I was unimpressed with the lack of professionalism.Service: Faucet installation

I called Park Lane with what I thought was an unreasonable request: to get someone in to replace my leaky kitchen faucet with same-day service, in order to show my condo to prospective renters. To my surprise and delight, Mike was able to get a crew there within a couple of hours. After just an hour of service, the job was complete and the new faucet looked beautiful. Just had a great experience with Park Lane Plumbing. We replaced a kitchen sink and faucet and they were fast courteous and were able to offer solutions and alternatives every step of the way. Alex was well aware of the potential water issues in condo's and was diligent in ensuring that all leak tests were done on his work. I found their pricing was more than reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I have never, ever had this level of customer service in the entire time I've owned my condo. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful, and he somehow worked his magic and got a plumber out to me within the hour, when all I got was the run-around from every other plumber I called. Stefano was nothing but professional, courteous and went WAY, WAY above and beyond to install my machines. And it certainly wasn't an easy feat! My wife and I rent a condo in Toronto, but we live an hour away. We had a slow leak in the ceiling of the kitchen in the Condo that would only show up once in awhile. The pipes were difficult to get at and the leak was difficult to reproduce. We had already cut a big hole in the ceiling drywall and my wife and I were going on vacation the next week, so we really had to get the problem resolved asap for our tenants. After having a negative experience with another plumbing company/plumber eg incompetent, didn't have the right tools with him, made things up etc I decided to call Park Lane. I appreciated that Park Lane let me email them pictures of the ceiling hole/leak area and explain in detail what I already knew about the situation. Walter from Park Lane was professional, had the right tools, and seemed like someone I could work with I took a day off work to help resolve this issue before my vacation. By turning on different taps we identified the pipe where we knew water sometimes dripped from. Then by alternating between hot and cold we were able to start the leak. From there Walter tracked down and identified the location of the leak further up inside the wall which turned out to be a large lag screw that had pierced an ABS drain pipe for the laundry. He was then able to patch up the leak. This resolution was a huge relief and I am now on vacation enjoying myself, no longer worrying about this leak. I would highly recommend Park Lane especially for a complicated problem like this one.

I was nervous when I realized I need a plumber to deal with a faucet. I did my research and landed on Park Lane Plumbing based on the positive online reviews. I was not disappointed. From the sound advice provided over the phone to the prompt and professional service I received I could not have been more pleased. I would recommend Park Lane to anyone. A+

I called park lane yesterday afternoon to have a leaky faucet repaired which was kind of an emergency... they scheduled an appointment for 8am in the morning the next day, and fixed it in no time. Compared to other plumbers it was much more affordable, and the workers were very friendly and helpful. Great service.

Missed appointment window twice, first by a full day. Did not follow request to call before arriving Price was not as quoted for investigation. Appearance and demeanor of plumber was lacking. Plumber seemed competent but too many negatives encountered to consider using again.
