This is the second time I had parked my car in Park & Jet. On Feb 22, I arrived at the airport and immediately got the shuttle bus to get back to Park & Jet lot where I had parked my car at row 9. When I tried to start the car, the battery had totally died due to extreme cold weather. I called the office for help and the guy showed up very quickly who introduced himself, with great smile, as Bobby working as a supervisor at Park & Jet. Bobby boosted my car and helped to take my car out which was badly stuck in the snow. While he was doing it, he asked me and my old grandma to sit and warm up in the Park & Jet truck. My heartfelt gratitude to Bobby and Park & Jet for such great service in a very professional manner. Keep up with this great service being rendered to your customers. I would definitely recommend this place for this great service done.

What an absolute joke this place is. Just landed and my car wouldn’t start. Understandable given the Temperatures and it would be even understandable that there would be a huge wait given the Calgary cold snap. What transpired though was unacceptable. The staff indicated that they didn’t have a working booster on site ( how the hell does a huge airport parking sight not have multiple boosters?) and refused to help many of the stranded people there including families of young children. Their answer was to call our own private tow or to take a cab (which were non-existent) and just turn their back to us so they didn’t have to talk to anyone while laughing among themselves. One man even said he had booster cables in his car and would help everyone out if Park and Jet would come along with a truck to hook the cables to and they flat out refused to do this. I only managed to get out as there was an accident in front of the lot and we were able to flag the driver down as he loaded cars and he boosted us all at a price of $100 per person. Without him I’d still be there. When you pay to park at a private lot that advertises trunk to trunk service with many other perks (including COMPLIMENTARY BOOSTING), you don’t expect them to dump you in a snow bank when it’s -40. This company is the most revolting and unethical business I have ever dealt with. I will be contacting the airport authority, Air Canada, The Better Business Bureau, and maybe even my attorney as soon as everything opens back up after the holidays. I strongly encourage the other ten plus people sitting in the office with me stranded for hours with not a single offer for help from this company to do the same. I’ve never dealt with a company as pathetic as this one was tonight.

I use to think I had to be at the airport so early to use Park and Jet - but it was so quick both when I arrived at the airport and when I landed. Buses were always waiting and it was fast to get in and out and find a spot. It is so nice to land at the airport and get in your own car - and I usually have to go pick up my dog or buy groceries on way home. Now I do not have to overpay for airport parking. I will totally use it again.

Abdul was great! Arrived super late to the gate (3AM!), but Abdul was very understanding - despite my rambling at such a later hour in the dead of winter, he got me out of the gate quickly and efficiently and even helped me with me when I forgot my card! We park with Park and Jet regularly and we have never had an issue!

Great experience! The driver ManDeep was very helpful with getting my to my car and then letting me warm up inside! Also Abdul was very friendly and helpful with my discount! Thanks again for the great experience!
