Bought a QX60 at this dealership and had a great experience at first that quickly became horrible. Received the car with keys that didn’t work and only after a month the car battery died. Had to boost my car everyday. The response of the team always took time and I had to contact them several times. When I showed up for the battery change I was told I’d have to wait the whole day for them to even check what is wrong with it. Very disappointed! —————————————————————————————- We have recieved a call a couple of days after the situation from infiniti’s customer satisfaction. The situation has been resolved and the solution offered was to our satisfaction.
From the moment I stepped in the dealer, to the process of financing to coming to terms with payment options, the experience was overwhelmingly positive! What also stood out was the team effort from salesman to the manager and financing director all got involved to help find an accommodating solution to help me purchase the right vehicule. The after sale service also went above and beyond to not only solve my concerns I brought up but also found over issues they resolved for me which just shows the value of making it right for the customer. The purchased Suv in question was the QX50. For anyone in the market for a sport feel Suv this truck is definitely a winner!
I had the pleasure of buying a car from Laurent Dupuis. In Laurent, you will find a Salesman that instills confidence in the brand he sells, the company he works for and ultimately the comfort level required to purchase a high ticket automobile without reservation. The bottom line: If you want a good deal, to be treated with courtesy and respect and to speak with an extremely knowledgeable Salesperson, here's my suggestion; call the dealership and make an appointment to see this man. I had a fantastic experience with Park Avenue Infiniti dealership. The Sales Representative, Sandhu Kuljeet, was very attentive to my needs, polite, and very knowledgeable about the model I was interested in buying. We did a test drive and he explained to me all of the features of interest, and gave me all of the information I needed to make the purchase of my first Infiniti. Upon delivery of the car, he ensured everything was properly setup and showed me a demonstration of the key features. From my first visit to the day I came to sign my paperwork and pick up the vehicle, it was a seamless process, and the service from everyone involved was top notch. I asked a lot of questions before and after purchasing my vehicle, and each of my inquiries was met with timely and attentive consideration which I appreciated immensely. The service I received at Park Avenue Infiniti more than exceeded my expectations, and I will happily be going back to service the vehicle there as needed.
If you want to wast your time and money, go to this dealership for service. I took my car last week and after 3 days they release my car with unfinished job but billed job. After complain to them the guy in the customer service even didn't apologized me for their mistake but lot's of bullsheet about human's mistake philosophy. Unfortunately, there is no negative star to give them since they deserve it.
Camilo and Jennifer were amazing. Service is excellent, great communication and good transparency. Would recommend to anybody. Well deserved 5 stars
