I don't know what you guys look into a pizza when you order a pizza but I personally believe that a good crust on a pizza makes or breaks a pizza and start adding everything else. So you start with the crust and then you go towards the sauces and then the toppings and then you know the smaller things are in there but if your crust is not good I don't think any pizza can taste any better and you might not want to rate pizzas on anything else after That. that being said if I can parcel a pizza at any point of time anywhere in the world I would parcel a parcel Pizza to myself from lists of pizza choices around the world. this place is very eclectically made they make me a pizza knowing their customers really well and they know what they want to make and give their customers. the group that is behind this place has beautiful places at the roost or oxbow and imagined nothing less at this Venture of theirs and it does not disappoint. The place adorned with nostalgic classic pictures, specially made knitted rugs and choicest of decor as well as a bunch of super friendly, fun and pleasant motley choicest bunch of crew that all work together beautifully. They make it a point to hit the right notes with flavors in their pizza and then pair it well with great drinks on the menu. With a limited and exhaustive list they have made it a point to excel in every one of their offerings and that is how we suppose it should be. Be great at something and do it better and better. you will thoroughly enjoy your experience at parcel Pizza this is one of those places in Winnipeg that you should really really get to and take someone.
Absolutely thrilled with our dinner! We totally didn't need 2 pizzas, as these were extremely filling, but totally worth it. You could tell that high quality ingredients were used to make the pizzas for sure. I also appreciated the little touches that went into everything, like the garnish on the blueberry lavender compote, and the fact that the watercress and dressing for The Magpie pizza were packaged separately for us, as we did a pick up order. That way the greens weren't wilted, and the pizza didn't get soggy! Also, I laughed at the art on the pizza boxes, hahaha. Definitely will order from here again in the future! <3
Had a delicious pizza Tropic, shrimp, and refreshing cocktail drink Electric Squirrel! Menu is on the smaller side but still highly recommend this new place to anyone in Winnipeg. The ambience is so romantic, and our service from Makayla was amazing. Thank you to the Parcel team! Can’t wait to return.
Great pizza! Great atmosphere! The service had a few issues they forgot my wife's drink order, and the mini donuts tasted like they were made with pizza doughvery chewy.
I’ve pretty much eaten every pizza in the city. I’ve been called a pizza beast for my love of the pie. It’s not a pizza here, it’s a rotating disk! Get it right. Top Neapolitan/New York style pizza I’m sure there could be a pizza debate here in the peg for sure combined with a lovely two floor Art Deco dinning space. I would recommend making a reservation as it was busy on a Friday night. We made our own 16” za’s which are typically made for sharing but I’m a veg mushroom, garlic, basil and the husband is a meatatarian berkshire bacon & fennel sausage. High quality ingredients and cheese are used. There’s no halfsies!! The menu says so!! So either you agree on toppings or you get two and that isn’t terrible. Pizza tastes fantastic the next day . Cocktails and beer selection is limited but the Vespar was excellent with a twist of different ingredients. Olive oil infused gin, basil and the Cocchi Americano made it unique. If you love Vespers it is a must! Tried local brew name sake time trap IPA and it was great. Also tried the mini donuts yes, even after all that pizza as I couldn’t pass up the blueberry, lavender, and chantilly cream description. The flavour combo was delicious but don’t except a soft yeast donut dough. Pretty sure donuts were made with 00 flour which gave them a chew. If you have dentures that aren’t glued in, it’s not for you. Parcel pizza made all my pizza and cocktail dreams come true. It is a welcome elevated next level pizza dinning experience you should try.
This spot is awesome. The pizza is SO good. I had an Electric Squirrel cocktail, also incredible. We had the rotating dish which was spanakopita pizza. They're also very accommodating for lactose which was a refreshing surprise. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the timing on food coming out. There was a solid 10 or so mins between each pizza that came out, which meant some of the party was waiting a long time to eat vs. the others. Service was great though and I'd definitely go back.
Really enjoyed our dinner here. It's a popular place, so reservations were required. We enjoyed a New York style pizza amongst the 4 of us, which was delicious, even despite my expectations, as I am not a fan of white sauce on pizza. Red sauce pizza was available, of course, but not chosen by our group. To go with our pizza, we enjoyed two orders of their Gem salad, which was truly outstanding! I'd return just for the salad, it was that good. The restaurant itself has a palpable lovely ambiance, with tasteful modern decor and quite comfortable seating. One small issue of concern was that the dining room was up one flight of stairs, which proved quite difficult for our most elderly companion to navigate, particularly with servers rushing up and down the stairs, which made it difficult to hold onto both railings. Anyhow, I highly recommend! It's a hip and current kind of place, and a great addition to Winnipeg's restaurant scene.
I loved everything about Parcel Pizza. They put a lot of thought into this spot - from interior, ambience, menu and all! I highly recommend their Tropic pizza. I’ve also ordered for take-out, just as good!
It was pretty good, longest wait for pizza I've ever experienced so for that I took away a star. It was about a hour and 20 minutes from order time.. For pizza. I wouldn't rush back, it's not the easiest location to get to but I will come back again at some point.
Overall good experience. Booking online was easy, nice wait staff. Drinks and appetizers were amazing, just a little pricey. Same thing with the pizzas, good taste, just on the pricey side. Still definitely recommend, the castus cocktail and the tomato dip are must haves!
