Breathtaking views!nFree shuttle to the park and inside the park.nVisiting in May, don’t forget bug spray!nStop at Chelsea village at the last bus station for coffee, lunch, ice cream
Great place for hiking, trail running, biking, snow shoeing...beware of bears though. I encountered bears twice when riding my bike in the park.
First time coming to Gatineau Park, and I only visited Pink Lake. It was really beautiful and fun to hike with family and friends. It's a shame though that a lot of the trees are still green and you can't full enjoy those Fall colours, despite it being mid-October. I would give it a couple more weeks if you're planning on visiting this Fall to see the magical colours
It was my first time there probably the last time.nFor a person not from the west, it was like a windows wallpaper. Autumn was gorgeous beyond words but the leaves are fragile so u need to visit as soon as Autumn starts, because if it rains once, the leaves are gone
Can't go wrong with coming out for a hike or walk around the Gatineau park. It's always beautiful but definitely come in the fall, the colours are perfect.
