Story

Parastone is a landmark development, construction and rental management company headquartered in Fernie, British Columbia. With nearly 20 years of experience in BC, our mission is to create unique properties that enhance the Fernie area for the enjoyment of both residents and tourists.

Our flagship developments include:

901 Fernie – a redevelopment of the historic Fernie High School into a mixed-use development of high-end strata residences and a luxury spa;

Veneto Place - a multi-storey, multi-building strata residence which added a significant number of housing units to both the ownership and rental markets in Fernie; and,

Montane Fernie – a 632-acre master-planned community designed to enhance Fernie with new housing and new community amenities. Montane Fernie is a unique residential community that celebrates Fernie’s active outdoor lifestyle and which is recognized for its leadership in trail-oriented development.
